You can attach a note of up to 30 characters to containers to mark them for your planning purposes, for example to track special conditions.
You can view the notes as follows:
In lists in the Warning (!!!) attribute column (Other/Misc > Warning). However, other special handling conditions appear in the Warning attribute column, all of which have priority over notes. For example, if a container is hazardous, the hazardous icon takes priority over the note. To focus on containers with a note, you can also display the Notes attribute column (Other/Misc > Notes). To attach notes to containers:
Open the load list (on page 1).
In the Load List window, select one or more containers, as required.
From the Container menu, select Modify.
In the Container Modify dialog box, from the Field to change list, select Notes.
In the Change to field, type your note.
Click Change.
XPS attaches the note to the selected containers.
